100% Commision
Our agents go above and beyond for their commissions. That’s why we charge a small deal fee per transaction, (with a monthly cap) and you keep a 100% of your hard earned commissions. Many brokerages charge a large monthly fee, or take a large portion of their agents commission in lieu. We want our agents to be able to spend their commissions re-investing into their businesses and spending their free time enjoying our beautiful province.

Death To EXTRA Fees
Our agents working in satellite communities were tired of being weighed down by expensive desk fees. High fees are driven by brick and mortar shops, top heavy broker salaries, and royalties to big multi-national brokerage headquarters (often not located in Canada). We are locally founded, locally owned, lean and digital. This enables our agents to invest in the tools that make them successful.

Grassroots has always been known for its philanthropy. Community is #1 for us. In 2018 we formalized our giving back with out not-for-profit, ‘The Roots Foundation’. A portion of every sale that we do goes back to the community into local non profits, sports clubs, groups and organizations. Our goal is to lead and inspire in real estate and giving back.
