I’ve now been in real estate for 2 years. Both years have been spent at Grassroots and I can honestly say that it is by far the best place I have ever worked. I couldn’t imagine a better brokerage to be at whether it is as a rookie realtor or as a veteran. Any time I have needed advice or guidance, there has been an available mentor. If you ever need a favour, it’s not hard to find a willing coworker. It wasn’t long after I started that I was suddenly spending all my free time with other members of the “Roots Crew”. That’s what it is like to work here – your coworkers become your friends or even family.

I spent the better part of my career searching for a brokerage, a group of people that shared the same goals, core values and hard work ethic as me. When I met with Grassroots they showed me they offer so much more than that. The family dynamic they have created here has been the best support system I have ever had in this industry and our standard for client care and service surpasses everyone’s expectations.

I’ve had an interest in real estate for a long time and started buying my own rental properties. In the fall of 2017 I met with the partnership group at Grassroots shortly after they established the brokerage, having only 6 agents at the time. I thought they were headed for big things and knew it was the right place for me and my business.

Fast forward to now, fall of 2020, my PM team is now at 13, we are quickly becoming the largest PM business in town, and will soon be representing the brand in other cities. This could not have been accomplished without having a solid brand and brokerage behind us. The vision and dedication to service excellence by the whole brokerage has provided us with amazing visibility and  immediate presence in Grande Prairie. The integrity represented by Grassroots is unmatched.

I’ve been with Grassroots Realty Group from the beginning, making the transition from a small real estate brokerage as an unlicensed assistant. What drew me to Grassroots is the new twist they were placing on real estate. My parents always raised me with a mentality that if I didn’t like something, to change it. That’s what we did in 2017.
