1. Site VisitWe will walkthrough the property with you to make sure we are accurate with our rental amounts. We discuss our services and how our process works.

4. Find a TenantWe may already have tenants waiting, or may need to market it. All tenants go through our proven application system to greatly minimize risk, including credit and background checks.
5. PaperworkWe read through the lease with the tenants to ensure everyone understands what is required of them. Confirm insurance is in place, plans for utility services are in order, walkthrough report is completed, and all funds are received prior to move in. You receive copies of the paperwork.
6. Check-InsWe do walkthrough inspections of your property quarterly to ensure maintenance is performed, lease compliance, and general condition.
