Brett was raised in Lethbridge and is a proud Churchill Bulldog. He left Lethbridge for Calgary to pursue a career in EMS. After a career ending accident, he decided to go after his passion which led him to the kitchen. He successfully opened and ran two high-end restaurants in Calgary for many years before returning back to Lethbridge. In 2016 he joined Riccardo’s team and the rest is history!
In his down time he loves to be outdoors camping, hunting and fly fishing with his lab Dexter and his two teenage daughters.
