"My wife and I had been planning to move back to Banff for about 18 months or so and were just in the early stages of looking at a home. It would be our first home purchase and we weren’t sure if we could even make it work. We casually inquired about a different property online and Geoff answered over email. We feel incredibly grateful and fortunate to have found this home and thank Geoff for the massive role he played in this journey. This place feels like our dream home so I can’t imagine buying or selling anytime soon but if we ever did, Geoff would be our first call.
