She has worked with buyers entering the market for their first home to multiple repeat and referral sellers of million dollar luxury homes. She attained her Personal Property Home Stagers designation so that she could include this valuable staging service into her listings packages saving home sellers thousands upon thousands of dollars. She very much considers herself a solutions provider for all walks of home buyers and sellers as well as investors.
More recently, Linda has been welcoming relocating families from Ontario to Alberta. Since she and her family went through the process themselves, it has been a helpful resource assisting from planning for the move, on the road support for places to stay, eat and fuel and of course, finding them homes in Alberta!

Licensed in 2008, Linda Stephens commenced her real estate career in York Region, Ontario just outside of Toronto/GTA. Linda also took Commercial Real Estate at York University although she focuses now on residential real estate. Linda achieved multiple post Secondary Diplomas over the years including Law Clerk sitting as Chair for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Law Clerks Division and working in the legal field for 17 years. She is also a Senior Associate with LegalShield which provides membership access to local firms for legal matters. Linda also attained her Association of Municipal Clerks, Treasurers and Managers designation and ran for public office in 2014 at the Municipal level.
