Manson has been invested in the Real Estate industry in Lethbridge and District for over 15 years! Starting out in 2008 – arguably one of the toughest years to enter the real estate industry – Manson began the uphill battle of cementing himself as one of Southern Alberta’s TOP Realtors.
Born and raised between Lethbridge and Coaldale, Manson has developed an extensive knowledge base of real estate and love for community. He is known for his uncanny ability to foster amazing relationships, giving back to community and his willingness to put his clients first.
In the last 15 years, Manson has grown from an independent agent to being the team lead of 6 full time Realtors and 2 admin staff. He’s sat on the Lethbridge and District Association of Realtors for 3 terms, he has won every single Sales Awards possible at Royal LePage, including those at Provincial and National levels, he’s won a Provincial Team of the Year Award for Outstanding Contributions to supporting women and children escaping domestic violence from Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and the list goes ON! He’s done this ALL while being a husband, becoming a father to two amazing and busy daughters, coached several hockey teams and so much more.
He’s been the Chair of the Royal Gala – a fundraiser for YWCA Harbour House hosted by Royal LePage South Country and Royal LePage Shelter Foundation – for the last 8 years. This event, currently in its 25th year, has raised over $1,180,000 for our local women’s shelter.
