Hi, I’m Ojay Pawluski — a 19-year-old real estate agent proudly born and raised in Fairview, Alberta. I’m currently working with Grassroots Realty, the first (and hopefully only!) brokerage I’ve ever been a part of. While I may be new to the industry, I’ve already been warmly welcomed by the amazing owners and agents here. Their support has made this exciting start even more rewarding.
Beyond real estate, I’m also a passionate woodworking artist. I specialize in creating handcrafted epoxy and wood jewelry, charcuterie boards, tables, and more. You can often find me teaching woodworking classes at the Fairview Fine Art Centre or selling my creations at the local farmers market.
Photography is another creative outlet I enjoy — especially drone photography. I’ve taken formal classes in both areas and hold a Basic Drone Operator Certificate.
Though I’m early in my real estate journey, I’m committed, enthusiastic, and incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive and forward-thinking team at Grassroots Realty. I look forward to helping people find not just houses, but homes.
