Real estate and entrepreneurship are in my blood. Born and raised in the Peace Country, Alberta, I’ve always been inspired by the grit, passion, and community spirit of this province. I earned my B.Admin from Grande Prairie Regional College and later a B.Mgmt from the University of Lethbridge, and I’ve spent nearly a decade in Calgary in finance and accounting before diving fully into real estate. Whether Northern or Southern Alberta, I feel at home—and I love helping Albertans achieve their dreams.
I’m a third-generation REALTOR, married to a REALTOR, and I live and breathe this business. Over my career, I’ve personally sold over $500 million in real estate and brokered more than 25,000 transactions, making me one of Canada’s most experienced Brokers. I’ve proudly represented Harker Homes, founded GP3D Marketing, and in 2017 launched Grassroots Realty Group—a bold, Silicon Valley-inspired brokerage that’s changing the way real estate works in Alberta.
Grassroots started as nothing more than a drawing on a napkin, an idea to build a brokerage that put people and innovation first. Today, it’s one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies, recognized nationally for its creativity, technology, and culture. Growing Grassroots from that first sketch into a multi-location powerhouse has been one of the proudest achievements of my career—and it’s a testament to vision, persistence, and the incredible teams I’ve been lucky to lead. We’re always going back to our pillars of community, culture and collaboration.

I’m still as passionate as ever about working directly with clients, specializing in first-time buyers, luxury homes, acreages, and new home developments. I have an uncanny ability to spot talented people and bring them together—at Grassroots, I mentor every agent, build strong teams, and deliver exceptional results. I combine creativity, technology, and deep local knowledge to make every sale seamless and stress-free.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about interior design, architecture, travel, fitness, and Alberta’s mountains. I spend my time with my wife, Sukhu, our son Maksym, and daughter Millie, while giving back to the community that has given me so much.
