Real estate + Entrepreneurship are in my blood, and so is Alberta ! I was born and raised in the Peace Country, and took my B.Admin Degree from GPRC. I was then very fortunate to live, work and go to school in Lethbridge for several years, attending the University of Lethbridge, and receiving a B. MGMT. Prior to my 10+ years in Real Estate, I’ve also lived in Calgary for nearly a decade, working in finance and accounting, and enjoying all that the city has to offer. Whether it’s Southern or Northern Alberta, I am at home. There is just something about the passion, hard work, grit and fun-loving nature of Albertans that I love. I am third generation REALTOR, and married to a REALTOR, I live it and breathe it!
In my career in Real Estate I have realized many dreams, and had a lot of fun along the way. Some highlights of my career have been representing the industry leading Harker Homes, founding GP3D Marketing, being nominated from the GP Chamber of Commerce for both ‘Small Business of the Year’ (2016), and Grassroots Realty Group ‘New Business of the Year’ (2018), Being recognized nationally as the TOP 50 REALTORS IN CANADA UNDER AGE 35, 2017-2020, speaking at business conferences in both Grande Prairie and Red Deer, Making the REP Top 100 Realtors in Canada (2017, 2020, 2021) and most importantly founding Grassroots Realty in 2017. in 2020 Grassroots Realty was named by Macleans Magazine as one of the top 50 fastest growing start-ups in Canada.

I am passionate about real estate, interior design, marketing, architecture, the mountains, travel, cooking and fitness. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my Beautiful Wife, Sukhu Smith (Also a REALTOR!), our Beautiful Boy Maksym, and our 2 dogs, as well as giving back to my community as much as possible .
